and our yummy Macaron Madness Menu we reserve the right to make changes to the Menu, Terms, Conditions & Policies at
any time. Macaron Madness reserves the right to, at its discretion terminate these Terms and Conditions and your access to
and use of the Website:
1] for convenience, at any time, upon provision of notice to you;
2] immediately: if Macaron Madness reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, and that breach
is not capable of remedy; or if you have been provided with notice of the breach, and you have failed to remedy that breach within
7 days (where the breach is able to be remedied).

Macaron Madness Menu
We are constantly improving and innovating our macaron menu and may make changes in the macarons, towers and gift boxes
described on this website at any time without notice.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate. However some inaccuracies,
typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical
errors as they are identified. All depictions contained on the website are for illustration purposes only. Because of differences
in picture inks, computer monitors and printer ink, colours of the actual product may vary slightly from those observed.
Our Prices
All prices are in Australian Dollars.
The price displayed for products on this website represents the full price excluding postage and/or delivery charges and
any tower display refundable deposits which will depend on your order type and the delivery destination. We always seek
to provide you with terrific value & outstanding quality and reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on our
website at any time. Your pricing is confirmed at the time of placing an individual order and will not change.
Our current Macaron Madness prices are as follows:
Macaron Madness Macarons $2.50 per macaron
Macaron Madness Alcarons $3.50 per ‘Alcaron’
‘Alcarons’ cost more per macaron, as there is additional expense in the alcohol used in the ingredients. Call us mad,
but we only use ‘top shelf’ spirits & liqueurs.
If you order a Tower with 75 macarons or more, we make some savings and pass that onto you in our prices:
Macaron Madness Macarons $2.00 per macaron
Macaron Madness Alcarons $3.00 per Alcaron
Orders
Because we make “Fresh to Order” on a daily basis, we require the following notice.
For an order of less than 50 macarons, we require 3 clear days notice, and for an order more than 50 in any combination
of pack sizes, we require 7 clear days notice.
Our minimum order is 12 macarons.
The following lists the number of flavours you may select, per size of order. A surcharge is applicable if you require additional flavours.
Boxes of 12 – up to 2 flavours (per 12pk)
Boxes of 30 – up to 3 flavours (per 30pk)
Towers: (up to)
35 macarons - 3 flavours
55 macarons - 4 flavours
75 macarons - 4 flavours
100 macarons - 5 flavours
125 macarons – 5 flavours
155 macarons - 6 flavours
200 macarons – 6 flavours
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to place an order with us – there are no exceptions.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver “Box Orders” to Capital Cities and close Regional areas covered by Australia Post Express Post.
We send all our boxed macarons by AP Express Post, and you are provided with a tracking number.
We only currently deliver and set up “Macaron Tower” orders to Melbourne Metropolitan areas.
Our boxed macaron orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post and the charges are advised to you before finalizing your order.
The minimum boxed macaron delivery charge is $10
We hand deliver all Macaron Towers to Melbourne Metropolitan Addresses. The following charges apply:
1] Macaron Madness Macaron Tower delivery: $20
2] Macaron Madness Macaron Tower refundable deposit: $50 (refunded on safe return of Tower / Stands etc)
In other words, we charge an additional $70 for Macaron Towers, and return $50 when we collect the Tower in the
same condition as it was delivered.
Macaron Madness is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses, recipient unavailability,
Australia Post shipping mistakes, acceptance requirements or transit delays.
Packages that require bubble wrap, noodles, acetate trays etc to keep our macarons in optimum condition
through the delivery supply chain for your ultimate enjoyment, are included in your shipping & delivery charge.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Damaged Goods
if you receive any macarons damaged as part of the AP Express Post supply chain, immediately contact us by
phone 0407 141 273. We will require you to email or message us a clear pic of the macaron damage
& packaging it arrived in, and your order number.
Our “No ifs, buts or maybes” quality policy means that we will refund you for the cost of the damaged macarons,
if you receive any macarons in your shipment that have been damaged as part of the AP Express Post supply chain.
Privacy
Macaron Madness may collect and use website users personal information to continue to improve your customer
experience
and respond to your customer service requests, improve our site in general via your feedback, provide
offers, promotions and contests, send you information you have agreed to receive about topics we think will be of
interest to you, send periodic emails
via email addresses you have supplied to us.
We will not sell, trade, or rent information linked to any personal identification information regarding website visitors and
users, without your permission.
Macaron Madness has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated
date at the bottom of this page. You accept and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically
and become aware of all updates.
