Madness’ is our unrelenting obsession with freshness and quality. So much so, that we
make to order using only fresh, real and ‘in-season’ ingredients. Luscious fresh berries and fruit, real vanilla beans, freshly made espresso, homemade Caramel, premium chocolate and so on is our passion and promise.

In 2012, we developed a suite of alcoholic
macaron flavours under the Macaron Madness
“Alcaron” brand. All of the well-known flavours
are present be it the classic Mojito or Honey Bourbon over Chocolate, and extends out to flavours such as Cosmopolitan, Cowboy,
Mudslide and so on. Again, our philosophy of freshness and quality are omni present no
matter what the flavours are, and as always
- a big dollop of madness!

Our quest is to be your personal macaron designer. We will make fresh to order for every different event from our red carpet classics to collaborating on bespoke flavours that suit you best.

Macaron Madness was born from a chance
meeting of a renovated kitchen, a new KitchenAid, a new cookbook & Ruth’s passion for baking, and has never looked back!

The name Macaron Madness aptly describes the passion we have for baking macarons,
the hours spent coming up with and testing innovative and quirky macaron flavours, and
the genuine excitement on the faces of our clients when we deliver our signature macarons.

Our philosophy is that “our flavours are only
limited by your imagination”. Whilst we have
developed dozens of mad macaron flavours, there is nothing more fulfilling for us than collaborating with family, friends & clients to develop unique flavour and colour combinations.

We treat every order as if we were making it
for our closest friends – we care about every individual Macaron Madness macaron we
make for you and that reflects in the quality,
care & service we provide.
